Nossir. Well, it was available domestically waaaaay back when it first
came out, but only on vinyl and cassette. CD has always been import only
(and a hard-to-find one at that).
Rumours have abounded for quite some time about a Reznor-sponsored reissue
(along with the earlier "Scatology" release) on nothing, but given the
time it's taken for the *new* Coil material to come out on the label, I
wouldn't count on it. Another recent rumour had both those albums coming
out on Thirsty Ear, but legal issues have scuttled that for the time
being.
